<br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site.
<br /> Five generators each with its own 1,023 gallon tank of diesel totaling 5,130 gallons of diesel, 60 gallons of CI-49,
<br /> 60 gallons of CL-5532, and 55 gallons of propylene glycol were found on site that have not been reported.
<br /> Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan.
<br /> This violation was corrected on site.
<br /> This is a minor violation.
<br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content.
<br /> The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing a north orientation, loading
<br /> areas, Strom drains, accesses and exits, emergency shut offs(power,water, and natural gas), an evacuation
<br /> staging area, hazardous material storage areas(diesel,water treatment chemicals, and the batteries), and
<br /> emergency response equipment(eye wash,first aid kit,fire extinguishers, and spill kits)locations.
<br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer
<br /> drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and
<br /> storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list
<br /> it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> This is a minor violation.
<br /> Overall Inspection Comments:
<br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement
<br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting
<br /> paperwork, by 1/19/2020. Areas that were inspected include the warehouse, maintenance shop area,
<br /> mechanical room, a vappco area, chiller tower, generator areas and the fire suppression pump room.
<br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an

<br /> AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING
<br /> THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE.
