Reports/work plans submitted to this office are to be site' <br /> specific. Refer to the Tri-Regional Staff Recommendations, <br /> for specific procedures and report formats, adherence to the <br /> guidelines will expendite the review process. <br /> C. in addition to the lead contamination referred to in work <br /> plan, refer to table 2 in Appendix A of the Tri-Regional <br /> Board Staff Recommendations for Minimum Verification <br /> necessary to address all contaminants present at this site: <br /> BT UE analysis must be included in sampling procedures of <br /> workplan. <br /> D. Residual contaminants remaining at the conclusion of the <br /> investigation attempt shall be addressed in a soils <br /> remediation plan. The soil remediation plan shall include 'a <br /> feasibility study for each option proposed. <br /> These concerns shall be addressed in a revised work plan prior to continued <br /> field investigative work.
