PIZZA BOXES HAVE COCKROACHES. FACILITY IS USING NON <br /> COMMERCIAL BUG SPRAYS TO KILL COCKROACHES. FACILITY ALSO SERVES CONTAMINATED FOOD, FOOD <br /> FROM OVEN FALLS ON FLOOR AND IS THEN SOLD TO CUSTOMERS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed uncovered/unwrapped pizza crust stored in freezer. Cover/wrap pizza. Per manager pizza <br /> crust thrown away. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. Provide in seal able labeled container. Flour placed in container during <br /> inspection. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069(b)) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I spoke to employee who was not aware of compliant prior to my visit. <br /> I also spoke to manager who was aware of compliant. <br /> Per employee and manager there have been cockroaches observed at the facility and facility has pest control service. <br /> Per employee and manager food does not"fall on the floor and is then sold to customers" <br /> Per manager pest control service has just begun at facility.
