NO"WET FLOOR"SIGN. <br /> CHILD DEVELOPED PINK-EYE THE NEXT DAY. COMPLAINANT HAS PICTURE AND VIDEO EVIDENCE. PLEASE <br /> CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Manager is aware of the complaint, but she stated that the customer never said the daughter slipped in puddle. <br /> 2. Manager stated that no employees were sick on that day(Sunday, September 29, 2019). <br /> 3.A log/record of ill employees is kept on the schedule. <br /> 4. No employees work at other food facilities, day cares, or health care facilities. <br /> 5. Employees go throught food training videos through Wienerschnitzel and also the food handler cards. <br /> 6. There has been no out of country travel by employees. <br /> The restrooms were checked.There were no water leaks found during the inspection. Manager stated that on the day of the <br /> incident, someone had clogged the sink with toilet paper and got the floor wet.
