J. Hunter&Associates. <br /> Continue quarterly ground water monitoring of the monitoring wells (MW). If oxygenates are not <br /> detected in the next sampling event using the same detection limits, analyses for oxygenates may <br /> be discontinued. <br /> Installation of the bore holes is approved with the following changes: Sample soils at vertical <br /> intervals no greater than 5 feet and at every significant change of lithology. Soil contamination <br /> was detected at 16 feet below grade when further excavation of the former tank location occurred; <br /> therefore this soil investigation must extend beyond 16 feet and until the vertical extent is <br /> determined.
