KLEINFELDER
7 LIMITATIONS
Kleinfelder has prepared this report in accordance with the generally accepted standards of
care which exist in northern California at the time of writing. It should be recognized that
definition and evaluation of geologic and chemical subsurface conditions is difficult.
Judgments leading to conclusions and recommendations are generally made with an
incomplete knowledge of the subsurface and/or historic conditions applicable to the site.
'
Conclusions and recommendations presented m this report are based on the analytical
' results provided by Alpha Analytical Laboratory for six soil samples and one water sample.
Additionally, Kleinfelder reviewed information presented in Emcon's Environmental
' Assessment Report dated June 1941 and analytical results presented by San Joaquin
County Public Health Services.
Conclusions are based on data collected at specific locations and depths. Hydrocarbons
may be present at locations other than those specifically sampled.
More extensive studies may further reduce the uncertainties associated with this
' assessment. Kleinfelder should be notified for additional consultation if the client wishes
to reduce the uncertainties beyond the level associated with this report. No warranty,
expressed or implied, is made.
FR1-92-15 Page 21 of 21
' Copyright 1992 Kleinfelder, Inc.
