i <br /> d ' <br /> 4 f <br /> Quik Stop Station No. 039 January 31, 2005 T <br /> Stockton California <br /> Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Repo _ <br /> methyl ether (TAME), tert-butanol (TBA), 1,2-dichloro ethane (DCA) and 1,2- 4 <br /> dibromoethane by Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) Method 8260B. <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Results <br /> Depth-to-groundwater measurements were subtracted from the surveyed TOC elevations ' <br /> to calculate static groundwater elevations. Groundwater elevation data wasused to <br /> construct a groundwater contour map (Figure 2). The groundwater flow direction for this <br /> sampling event was southward under a gradient of approximately 0.001. <br /> Groundwater analytical results are summarized in Table 1. The groundwater analytical <br /> report is contained in Attachment C. On November 30, 2004, Horizon transported the <br /> monitoring well purge water to InStrat, Inc. in Rio Vista, California for disposal. Non- <br /> hazardous water transport form and payment receipt for acceptance of the purge water are <br /> contained in Attachment D. <br /> i <br /> GeoTracker Electronic Data Deliverables <br /> The analytical electronic data deliverable (EDD) is prepared by Kiff and uploaded by <br /> Horizon. The groundwater well measurement file EDD for this quarterly monitoring <br /> event was prepared and uploaded by Horizon. The EDD confirmation sheets for this <br /> quarterly event are contained in Attachment E. <br /> 7 <br /> Recommendations <br /> Horizon recommends continuous quarterly.monitoring during the ongoing investigation. <br /> On February 26, 2003, Horizon submitted Results r?f the Additional SubsuiJace <br /> Evaluation and Work Plan Addendum dated'February 14, 2003. Horizon received <br /> approval of the work plan from San Joaquin County Enviromnental Heath Department in <br /> July 2004. Monitoring wells MW-4, MW-5 and MW-6 were installed in November <br /> 2004.
