Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report Groundwater Monitoring Results Depth-to-groundwater measurements were subtracted from the surveyed TOC elevations to calculate static groundwater elevations Groundwater elevation data was used to construct a groundwater contour map (Figure 2) The groundwater flow direction for this sampling event was to the south southeast at a gradient of 0 008 Groundwater analytical results are summarized in Table 1 Groundwater analytical reports and the COC document are contained in Attachment C On January 31, 2003, Horizon transported the monitoring well purge water to InStrat, Inc in Rio Vista, California for disposal A payment receipt for acceptance of the purge water is contained in Attachment D r Recommendations Horizon completed the fieldwork for an investigation for delineation of the vertical and lateral extent of groundwater DCA impact in December 2002 Horizon recommends continuous quarterly monitoring during the ongoing evaluation Horizon is preparing a report on the results of this investigation and will contain recommendations for the status of the project Geo-Tracker Electronic Data Deliverables The analytical electronic data deliverable (EDD) is uploaded by Kiff The groundwater well measurement file EDD for this quarterly monitoring event has been uploaded by Horizon The GEO_WELL file upload confirmation sheet for this quarter event is contained in Attachment E Report Distribution We recommend a copy of this report be forwarded to Mr Michael J Infurna Jr , Senior R E H S San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor P O Box 388 Stockton, California 95201-0388 Mr Gordon Boggs California Regional Water Quality Control Board Central Valley Region 3443 Routier Road, Suite A .
