With DCA groundwater
contamination exceeding MCL of 0 5 ug/1, the groundwater impact from this UST
site cannot be considered laterally or vertically delineated and further
investigation is required
All UST sites with contaminated groundwater and undefined lateral limits must
also identify surrounding sensitive receptors, (domestic and municipal drinking
water wells, surface waters, etc ) before NFA requests can be evaluated Please
conduct a 2000-foot radius sensitive receptor search around the site and submit
the findings to EHD in a timely manner EHD will sign off the official request
required to review Department of Water Resources (DWR) files when your
• consultant submits it to EHD
