FREMONT <br /> STREET, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA has been reviewed by the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The plan is a <br /> proposal to allow hydrocarbons from petroleum contaminants to <br /> biodegrade naturally during which long-term groundwater monitoring will <br /> take place. <br /> The EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance <br /> with California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and <br /> California Code of Regulation Corrective Action Requirements, and that the <br /> resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental impacts <br /> which exceed the benefits to be gained during the duration of the cleanup <br /> of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at the EHD office, 1868 <br /> E.
