This CAP was written to comply with California Code of Regulations, Title <br /> 23,Division 3,Chapter 16,Underground Storage Tank Regulations. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND <br /> The subject property is located on the southwest comer of the intersection of East Fremont Street <br /> and Filbert Street in Stockton, California (Figure 1). The site is an operating Shell-branded <br /> service station with two underground storage tanks(USTs), one underground waste oil tank, four <br /> dispenser islands, and a station building (Figure 2).
