Preparation of this CAP was requested in the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department's (SJCEHD) July 23, 2008 letter to Shell. This CAP <br /> supersedes CRA's July 10, 2008 Corrective Action PlanlResponse to Interim Remedial Action <br /> and provides additional information to support our previously proposed remedial <br /> recommendations. This CAP was written to comply with California Code of Regulations, Title <br /> 23,Division 3,Chapter 16,Underground Storage Tank Regulations. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND <br /> The subject property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of East Fremont Street <br /> and Filbert Street in Stockton, California (Figure 1). The site is an operating Shell-branded <br /> service station with two underground storage tanks(USTs), one underground waste oil tank,four <br /> dispenser islands, and a station building (Figure 2).
