4 �d <br /> CAMBRIA <br /> July 12,2005 <br /> Mr John Jackson �� �"'WED <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department no <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue,Third Floor JUL 14 2005 <br /> Stockton, California 95202-2708 <br /> Re Underground Storage Tank Removal Report PERMIT SERVICES <br /> Shell-branded Service Station <br /> 2494 East Fremont Street <br /> Stockton, California <br /> SAP Code 136141 <br /> Incident No 99896181 <br /> SJCEHD Code 506171 <br /> Dear Mr Jackson <br /> Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon <br /> Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) to document the underground storage tank <br /> (UST) removal activities performed at the referenced site Cambria performed inspections and <br /> soil sampling following the removal of two gasoline USTs, one waste oil tank, four dispensers, <br /> and associated product piping The work was performed to comply with San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)guidelines <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> Site Description The site is located at the southwest comer of the intersection of East Fremont <br /> Street and Filbert Street in a cornmercial/residential area of Stockton, California (Figures 1 <br /> and 2) The site is an inactive service station with a layout including a station building and four <br /> dispenser islands <br /> SAMPLING ACTIVITIES AND SAMPLE ANALYSES <br /> UST Removal: Two 15,000-gallon fiberglass gasoline USTs were removed on April 21, 2005 by <br /> Paradiso Mechanical Inc (Paradiso) of San Leandro, California Mr John Jackson of SJCEHD <br /> and Cambria field staff were present to witness the removal and condition of the tanks Both <br /> tanks were in good condition, with no signs of failure Groundwater was not encountered in the <br /> tank pit <br /> Cambria <br /> Environmental UST Soil Sampling With guidance from Mr Jackson,Cambria staff collected three soil samples <br /> ology,Inc from beneath the each of the USTs Soil samples TP-1, TP-2, and TP-3 were collected beneath <br /> the western UST and soil samples TP4, TP-5, and TP-6 were collected beneath the eastern UST <br /> 270 Perkins Street <br /> Sonoma CA 95476 <br /> Tel(707)935-4850 <br /> Fax(707)935-6649 <br />
