(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon <br /> Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) in accordance with the quarterly reporting <br /> requirements of 23 CCR 2652d. <br /> FOURTH QUARTER 2003 ACTIVITIES <br /> Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring: Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California <br /> gauged and sampled all site wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon and methyl tertiary butyl ether concentrations. Cambria prepared a <br /> summary table of additional groundwater analytical data (Table 1), a site vicinity/sensitive <br /> receptor survey map (Figure 1), and groundwater contour/chemical concentration map for both <br /> shallow and deeper zones (Figures 2 and 3). Blaine's report, presenting the laboratory report, is <br /> included as Appendix A. <br /> Site Investigation: On December 15 through 19, 2003, Cambria installed two shallow-zone <br /> monitoring wells (S-5 and S-6)and one deep-zone monitoring well (5-2-85), as part of an on- <br /> going environmental investigation at the site- The installation of these wells will be documented <br /> in a future report, along with additional pending site investigation activities.
