FOURTH QUARTER 2002 ACTIVITIES Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose,California gauged and sampled all site wells and prepared a sunimary table of field gauging data and petroleum hydrocarbon and methyl tertiary butyl ether concentrations Cambria prepared a summary table of additional groundwater analytical data (Table 1), a site vicinity/sensitive receptor survey map (Figure 1), and a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2) Blaine's report,presenting the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A Site Investigation Cambria performed drilling activities during November and December 2002 Site investigation activities consisted of cone penetration testing borings and the installation of three deeply screened monitoring wells Oakland CA ANTICIPATED FIRST QUARTER 2003 ACTIVITIES San Ramon, CA Sonoma, CA Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Blaine will gauge and sample the site wells according to Cambria the existing sampling schedule and tabulate the data Cambria will prepare a groundwater EnviTonmental monitoring report Technology, Inc erklns Street P 0 Box 259 Sonoma CA 95476 Tel(707)935-4850 Fax(707)935-6649
