FIRST QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITIES Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled all site wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and gasoline constituents Cambria compiled the additional laboratory analyses (Table 1), prepared a site vicinity map (Figure 1), and prepared a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2) Blaine's report, presenting the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A ANTICIPATED SECOND QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITIES Blaine will gauge and sample the site wells according to the existing sampling schedule and tabulate the data Cambria will prepare a groundwater monitoring report Oakland, CA Cambria received the City of Stockton Encroachment permit on May 4, 2001 for the next San Ramon CA phase of investigation we proposed at this site We forwarded a copy of this permit on Sonoma, CA May 4, 2001 to SJCPHS so our drilling permit could be processed We will schedule a driller for this work and advise SJCPHS of the drilling schedule We anticipate the field work for Cambria Environmental this investigation will take place in late May or early June 2001 Technology,Inc 00 Perkins Street P 0 Box 259 Sonoma,CA 95476 Tel(707)935-4850 fax(707)935-6649
