The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for BNSF RAILWAY CO MARIPOSA YARD as of Marchl6, 2020. Open violations from January 02, 2020 inspection Violation #6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. The maps did not show/address: 1. Internal roads. 2. Emergency response equipment(spill control). 3. Access and exit points (facility and structures). 4. Evacuation assembly areas. 5. Hazardous material handling and storage areas for the diesel. 6. And some of the codes/symbols were not included in the legend. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at htt-p:///cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. L�7 This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation 6 was corrected and uploaded to CERS on March 16th 2020. The correction was approved on March 30th 2020. Corrections included the addition of naming internal roads, diesel storage locations and structure access points with diesel storage. Violation #12 - Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. The employee who assisted the Inspector was j new to the Mariposa facility and did not understand the Inspector's request for the HMBP.
