The assessment and any necessary remediation should be completed by 04/30/19 <br /> (please see item 203 attachments) <br /> Item 206 <br /> STATUS:INCOMPLETE <br /> Waste treatment operating instructions have been updated and uploaded with site map,records of waste streams attached. The remaining item is to install a <br /> counter on the T2 pump to track the comingled waste transferred. Will complete by 03/31/19(please see item 206 attachments). <br /> Earlier today I sent an email requesting confirmation whether the RTC should be signed and submitted with some of the items not yet complete.
