The terminal operator checks the monitoring panel <br /> indicator lights daily and performs system checks once a <br /> week. <br /> (B) The methods and equipment to be used for performing the <br /> monitoring: <br /> Tanks #5 & #7 - The annular space of these tanks is monitored <br /> by the Model LA-02 Leak Alert System manufactured by Universal <br /> Sensors And .Aevices, Inc. The Model LA-02 is a continuous <br /> electronic monitoring system. This particular system is <br /> equipped with liquid detection probes and is capable of <br /> monitoring two tanks at once. The monitor panel is equipped <br /> with a GREEN LED power indicator light, a RED LLD liquid alarm <br /> indicator light, and an audible alarm. The system is checked <br /> by depressing the liquid alarm test switch on the panel which <br /> activates the alarms for both tanks simultaneously. <br /> Tank #6 -- The annular space of this tank is monitored by the <br /> Pollulert Model CD-101 produced by Emhart Industries, Inc. The <br /> Model LA-101 is a continuous electronic monitoring system and <br /> was installed with a liquid sensor probe. This system is <br /> capable of distinguishing between normal (dry conditions) , <br />
