A copy of the SVVRBC flyer entitled "ACT NO\8/^, <br /> explaining the responsibilities Of UST owners and the deadlines by which you must comply, is <br /> enclosed with this letter. <br /> This second notification is being sent through certified mail so you understand the importance <br /> ~ <br /> of the January 1. 2805, deadline to (described below) <br /> and identifv <br /> t ank (UST facilities located within San JoaqUinCounty. <br /> The owner's compliance statement mentioned above is required pursuant to California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23. section 2715 (a) which reads: <br /> By January 1' 2005, owners of underground storage tank systems shall <br /> submit a signed statement to the local agency indicating that the owner <br /> understands and is in compliance with all applicable underground storage <br /> tank requirements, and identifying the designated UST operator/s\ for each <br /> facility owned.
