Two sizes(lengths L)are available: a 15 inch
(TSP-HLS-15)and a 30 inch(TSP-HLS-30). The float height
(product level)can be adjusted, and the sensor switch tested, after it
has been installed(see Figures 1-1 and 7-1). The TSP-MLS is
installed vertically through a 2-inch NPT tank bung access.
TSP-HLS Sensor The TSP-HLS Standard sensor uses magnetic float/reed switch
technology. The magnetic floal/reed switch is assembled for a \
/ normally closed circuit when no liquid is present. When the tank is 1
r full or overfilled, the magnetic float will rise, and it wiilE magneti„a![y
cause the reed switch to open.
MOTE In all cases,an open(standard sensor output)is recognized as
an alarm condition by the TS-11000 console.
