The frequency of performing the monitoring method: <br /> Tank 6 has an electronic continuous monitoring system. The terminal operator <br /> checks the monitoring panel indicator lights daily and performs system checks once a <br /> week. <br /> B. The methods and equipment to be used for performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank#6 -The annular space of this tank is monitored by the OMNTEC. This is a <br /> continuous electronic monitoring system and was installed with a liquid sensor probe. <br /> This system is capable of distinguishing between normal (dry conditions), conductive <br /> fluids (water), and non-conductive fluids (hydrocarbons). The control panel is <br /> equipped with a GREEN LED indicator light for dry conditions, a RED LED <br /> hydrocarbon alarm light, a YELLOW LED water alarm light, and an audible alarm. <br /> The system is checked by depressing the test button located inside the probe caps. <br /> Green, red, and yellow LED's that correspond with those on the control panel are also <br /> located inside the probe cap. <br /> C. The location(s)where the monitoring will be performed <br /> The Leak Alert monitoring system display panel for tank#6 is in the warehouse. <br /> (Please refer to attached site map.) <br /> D. The name(s) or title(s) of the person(s) responsible for performing the monitoring <br /> and/or maintaining the equipment: <br /> The terminal operator at the plant performs the tank monitoring.
