(NuStar) is herewith responding to Element 104 identified
on May 9,2017,during the inspection conducted at the subject site. Discussed at the time of the
inspection and requiring response were:
• The Facility Operating Permit not being current in CERS
• The BOE account number not being registered to NuStar
NuStar response is as follows:
The Facility Operating Permit is not being considered current in CERS because the BOE account number
associated with the site indicates ownership to an entity other than NuStar. Since the day of the
inspection we have been working with Mr. Lamar Johnson at BOE and NuStar corporate personnel to
make the necessary changes to the BOE account number. This process is not yet complete, however, the
importance of a prompt resolution is and has been recognized. We expect to have this resolved shortly.
Attached to this letter is the signed Return to Compliance Certification. Do not hesitate to contact me
should you have questions regarding this correspondence.
Respectfully,
Stephan Rosen
Senior HSE Manager—West Region
°O0
Attachment
NuStar Terminals Operations Partnership L.P.
3505 Navy Dr • Stockton, CA 95206 • (209) 943-5662
