Stacy Rivera [EH]
From: Debbie Watts [Debbie@servicestationsystems.com]
Sent: Wednesday, October 28, 2015 2:23 PM
To: Stacy Rivera [EH]
Cc: Debbie Watts
Subject: NuStar Energy- 3505 Navy Dr, Stockton -3 Year Secondary Containment Revised Results
and Answers to questions
Attachments: 3505 Navy Dr, Stockton.pdf
3505 Navy Dr,
Stockton.pdf(2...
Hi Stacey - I'm sorry but I was clearing out some old jobs, and I came to the
conclusion that I never got back to you on some clarifications you requested following the
receipt of the Sec Cont test results from the testing conducted by Able Maint. Below is a
summary of the questions you had asked, along wtih the answers provided by Able Maint. I
have attached a copy of a Revised set of results but the only thing that I changed was the
Tank Size and I described it as a Fiberglass Lined tank, as everything else appears to be
answered below:
1. The SB989 supplied is stating this is a 10K tank, but she' s showing a 6K
2. The SB989 supplied is stating the tank is Fiberglass but she' s showing Steel
3. She was wondering how we could test the Annular without removing the Sensor
4. The piping during previous testing was 4", now showing 3"
5. No Vent Line appears to have been tested but she seems to think there is one
Able's response Below:
Debbie,
Thanks for the reminder, I got it out to over results and got side tracked.
1) Will change to 6k due to their record.
2) Per tech Fiberglass tank. (Customer confirmed that it's a Steel interior with a
F/G exterior
3) Tech able to test with vacuum due to it' s a wrap around sensor, no need to pull
sensor out to test.
4) Per tech 3" piping.
5) Only 2 piping lines on site. Is one a vent according to their record?
Thanks,
Cheryl Curtis
Able Maintenance, Inc.
707-293-2976 phone direct
707-545-5522 phone office
707-545-5515 fax
1
