I and elsewhere in the State of California. <br /> 2 3. Defendant,with actual or constructive knowledge of this Injunction, only in so far as they <br /> 3 are doing business in the State of California,iii the course of Defendant's GASOLINE <br /> 4 SALES/MINI-MART activities, are pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25181 hereby <br /> 5 permanently enjoined from: <br /> 6 a. Storing hazardous waste onsite longer than one hundred eighty(180)days,in <br /> 7 violation of California Code of Regulations,title 22 section 66262.34(d); <br /> 8 b. Disposing or causing the disposal of hazardous waste at a facility not permitted or <br /> 9 at a point which is not authorized, in violation of Health and Safety Code section 25189.5(a); <br /> 10 c. Failing to mark and manage an emptied container or an inner liner from a container <br /> 11 larger than five(5)gallons in capacity, in violation of California Code of Regulations,title 22 section <br /> 12 66261.7(f); <br /> 13 d. Failing to determine if that waste is a hazardous waste,in violation of California <br /> 14 Code of Regulations,title 22 section 66262.11; <br /> 15 e. Failing to maintain modified emergency coordinator information, in violation of <br /> 16 California Code of Regulations,title 22 section 66262.34(d)(2); <br /> 17 f. Failing to equip the facility with decontamination equipment, in violation of <br /> 18 California Code of Regulations,title 22 section 66265.32(c); <br /> 19 g. Failing to keep container holding hazardous waste closed during transfer and <br /> 20 storage,except when it is necessary to add or remove waste, in violation of California Code of <br /> 21 Regulations, title 22 section 66265.173(a); <br /> 22 h. Storing used oil filters onsite longer than one (1)year,in violation of California <br /> 23 Code of Regulations,title 22 section 66266.130(c)(4); and <br /> 24 i. Failing to manage universal waste lamps in a way that prevents releases of any <br /> 25 universal waste or component of a universal waste to the environment,in violation of California- <br /> 26 Code of Regulations,title 22 section 66273.13(c). <br /> 27 4. Defendant,with actual or constructive knowledge of this Injunction, only in so far as they <br /> 28 are doing business in the State of California, in the course of Defendant's GASOLINE <br /> -2- <br /> PERIMANrENT INJUNCTION AND FINAL RDG-kMNT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION <br />
