The modeled
cumulative cancer risk of 5.5E-07 does not exceed 1:0E-06, which indicates that the
compounds detected in the soil vapor beneath the subsurface do not pose unacceptable risk
using the modeling default and site specific data values, where applicable, to human health
based standards. Additionally, the DTSC hazard index of 1.0 was not exceeded as reported by
the modeling results of 8.3E-03.
Based on results of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 evaluations, human health and/or the environment do
not appear to be at risk and additional soil vapor evaluation with regard to Diesel Performance
does not appear to be warranted.
Please contact our office at(209) 579-2221 if you have questions or comments.
Respectfully submitted,
ATC Associates Inc. i
i
3
Jim Kundert -
rStaff Geologist -VESS/'
' ANNE
C6
Jeanne Hornsey, P.E.
