To date, SJCIEHD has not been notified, either by you or your <br /> consultant, that the SVE system is installed and operational. <br /> This letter is to inform you that you are currently out of compliance with regulatory directives for <br /> failing to have this system in place. You have 14 days from the date of this letter to inform <br /> SJCIEHD that the SVE system is installed and operating. Failure to meet this deadline may result <br /> in referral of this site to the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, or the <br /> San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office, for regulatory enforcement. <br /> Additionally, you are out of compliance for failure to submit reports of quarterly groundwater <br /> monitoring and sampling events in a timely manner. In SJCIEHD correspondence dated <br /> May 12, 2005 you were notified that the reports for Second Quarter 2004, Fourth Quarter 2004 and <br /> First Quarter 2005 had not been received. These report are still overdue for submittal, Since that <br /> letter, the only quarterly report that has been submitted is Second Quarter 2005. Reports that are <br /> overdue, in addition to the three listed above, are Third Quarter 2005, Fourth Quarter 2005 and <br /> First Quarter 2006. Reports of findings are due for submittal within 60 days from the date of the <br /> fieldwork, and should be submitted to Geotracker, the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> database.
