(Krazan) appreciates the opportunity to complete a Phase II Limited <br /> Subsurface Investigation (Phase II LSI)at the referenced site(subject site). As part of the completion of <br /> the Phase II LSI, Krazan respectfully requests written authorization to access the subject site for the <br /> purposes of advancing soil borings in the areas of environmental concern which include the clarifiers, <br /> drains and hydraulic hoist located with the building at 2911 E. Fremont Street, Stockton, CA. Krazan <br /> respectfully requests that the areas of the investigation be cleared by the property owner for one day, <br /> tentatively scheduled for Wednesday April 2816. Krazan will notify in advance of our mobilizatinn to the <br /> site. Additionally, as required by San Joaquin County, a permit application with a workplan and fees <br /> must be submitted prior to commencement of investigation. As part of the requirement of San Joaquin <br /> County,a copy of the report must be submitted and San Joaquin County personnel may be required to be <br /> present at the time of Krazan's field work.
