Remove contact lenses if worn. No additional <br /> first aid should be necessary, however, if irritation persists, see a <br /> doctor. <br /> SKIN CONTACT: <br /> No first aid procedures are required. As a precaution, wash skin <br /> thoroughly with soap and water. Remove and gash contaminated clothing, <br /> INHALATION: <br /> If respiratory irritation or any signs or symptoms as described in this <br /> document occur, move the person to fresh air. If any of these effects <br /> continue, see a doctor. <br /> INGESTION: <br /> If swallowed, give water or milk to drink and telephone for medical <br /> .-deice. DO NOT make person vomit unless directed to do so by medical <br /> Personnel. If medical advice cannot be obtained, then take the person and <br /> Iroduct container to the nearest medical emergency treatment center or <br /> lospital. The degree of the injury will <br /> depend on the amount of material that gets into the eye and the speed and <br /> .tnoroughness of the first aid treatment. signs and symptoms may include <br /> pain, tears, swelling, redness, and blurred vision. Eye contact with the <br /> vapor;;, fumes, or spray mist from this substance could also cause similar <br /> signs and symptoms. <br /> SKIN IRRITATION: <br /> Prolonged or frequently repeated contact may cause the skin to become <br /> cracked or dry from the defatting action of this material. <br /> DERA9AL TOXICITY: <br /> If absorbed through the skin, this substance is considered practically <br /> non-toric to internal organs. <br /> RESPIRATORY/INHALATION: <br /> Tnis substance iz slightly toric to internal organs if inhaled. The <br /> degree of injury will depend on the airborne concentration and duration of <br /> exposure. The target organ(s) is the nervous system. Inhalation of <br /> gasoline vapor at airborne concentrations exceeding 1000 ppm may cause <br /> signs and symptoms of central nervous system effects such as headache, <br /> dizziness, loss of appetite, weakness and loss of coordination. vapor <br /> concentrations in excess of 5000 ppm may cause loss of consciousness, coma <br /> and death. Brief exposures to high vapor concentrations may also cause <br /> pulmonary edema and bronchitis.
