SS#9-7780 IN REPLY REFER TO SITE CODE: 2019 <br /> 3246 East Fremont Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> San Joaquin County, Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has completed <br /> review of the June 4, 1991 Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report prepared by Alton Geoscience. The <br /> Central Valley Regional Water quality Control Board l'!(CVRWQCB) has also reviewed the report. The <br /> CVRWQCB comments are enclosed for your information. <br /> PHS/EHD has considered your request for closure which accompanied the quarterly report. Neither <br /> PHS/EHD nor CVRWQCB recommend that the site be <br /> 'closed at this time. A minimum of two rounds of <br /> quarterly sampling, under inspection are requested, one in the Fall of 1991 and one in the Spring of 1992. <br /> Furthermore,a soil contamination work plan for the foi-mei tank pit area is also requested. Submit the work <br /> plan and permit application for the additional soil investigation within 30 days frbm the date of this letter. <br /> Please be informed that PHS/EHD did not receive notice of the last sampling event and hence was unable <br /> to observe sample techniques.
