Figure 1 shows the <br /> site location. <br /> Monitaring,ands,sampling ,of the ground„water monitoring.wells <br /> wrepfgc ou1pr�:1 15; 1991, in accordance with the <br /> tuK-..ua ; <br /> requirements and procedures of the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and local regul-tory egencies. <br /> I <br /> FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> I <br /> Prior to purging and sampling the wells, the depth to ground <br /> water in each well was measured from the top of casing to the <br /> nearest 0.01 foot using and electric interface probe. Gro+ind <br /> water samples were also collected at this time and checked <br /> for the presence of liquid-phase hydrocarbons or sheen <br /> Ground water analytical samples were collected after more <br /> than 3 casing volumes of ground water were purged from each <br /> well. Each sample was collected using a clean bailer <br /> (dedicated for each well) , and then transferred into the <br /> appropriate clean sample containers for delivery to a <br /> California-certified laboratory following proper preservation <br /> and chain of custody procedures.
