The enclosed monitoring well installation work plan was prepared as <br /> required by letter from San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS-EHD) dated 08 October 1999. This work plan presents a scope of work for the installation of <br /> three ground water monitoring wells with the objective of assessing adsorbed petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons in soil and monitoring the impact of dissolved petroleum hydrocarbons in ground <br /> water. <br /> Upon PHS-EHD approval of the work plan.
