` ✓ .o,
26 February 2007
` AGE-NC Project No. 97-0327
TPH-g, BTEX, and 1,2-DCA.
5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon data collected during the third quarter 2006, AGE recommends:
• Continued utilization of wells MW-1 through MW-4 for quarterly ground water monitoring
and sampling. The fourth quarter 2006 ground water monitoring event was previously
performed on 21 November 2006,and the first quarter 2007 ground water monitoring event
performed on 22 February 2007; report of findings is forthcoming for both ground water
monitoring events.
In a letter dated 12 December 2006,the SJCEHD directed that prior to closure consideration,
a work plan must be submitted to evaluate potential vapor intrusion inside the on-site
building. Therefore, AGE has prepared a Soil Investigation Work Plan (Appendix D).
6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based upon
analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluation of the geologic/hydrogeologic
conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation was made from review of previous
consultants reports and a limited number of available data points (ground water samples) and
subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or
implied,is made as to the professional interpretations, opinions and recommendations contained in
this report.
•„ Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
r
