RECOMMENDATIONS
' Based upon data collected during.the third quarter 2005, AGE recommends:
• Continued utilization of wells MW-1 through MW-4 for quarterly ground water monitoring
and sampling. The next quarterly ground water monitoring event is tentatively scheduled for
October 2005.
In accordance with an EHD letter directive (dated 15 September 2005), AGE has prepared a work
plan(dated 01 November 2005)for additional assessment utilizing cone penetrometer testing(CPT)
and collection of deeper zone ground water samples.Upon EHD-approval of the work plan,AGE will ,
' submit necessary drill permits and schedule field work.
6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based upon
analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluation of the geologic/hydrogeologic
conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation was made from review of previous
' consultants reports and a limited number of available data points (ground water samples) and
subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied,
' is made as to the professional interpretations, opinions and recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced GeoEnvironmcntal,Inc.
1
