(AGE) has performed a sensitive receptor survey as part of initial site characterization requirements under the California Code of Regulations - Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2654 for the site located at 4100 East Fremont Street, Stockton, California. The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1. Site structures are depicted on Figure 2. The scope of work was to identify use and location of wells potentially affected by the release including municipal, domestic, irrigation or ground water monitoring wells within a 2,000 foot radius of the site.Furthermore, a search was performed to locate septic systems that could potentially serve as a vertical conduit. On 15 November 2000, a representative of AGE conducted a search'of well drillers reports at the California Department of Water Resources - Central District for water wells located in the surrounding area. Driller's reports for water wells located within a 2000 ft -radius were found for the following: 1. One domestic well located at 3444 East Fremont Street. 2.. One.domestic well located.at 3907 East Fremont Street._ 3. One domestic well located at 4749 East Fremont Street. 4. One domestic well located at 4801 East Fremont Street. �• 5.
