Copies of the well construction permits are included in Appendix B; a summary of water wells located from the review of well construction permits is included in Table 1 and depicted on Figure 1. On 26 December 2000, a representative of AGE performed a reconnaissance of visually observable potential sensitive receptors located within a 2,000-foot radius of the above referenced site. During the reconnaissance, the following sensitive receptors were located near the site: 21. One domestic well located at 930 Ellen Street. 22. One domestic well located at 3705 East Miner Avenue. 23. One domestic well located at 3965 East Fremont Street. 24. One domestic well located at 4003 East Fremont Street. 25. One domestic well located at 4445 East Fremont Street. 26. One domestic well located at 4500 East Fremont Street. 27. One domestic well located at 1013 Shaw Road. 28. One domestic well located at 1282 Shaw Road. 29. One domestic well located at 1290 Shaw Road. 30. Seventeen monitoring wells at 1500 Shaw Road.
