I AND DELIVERED TO BOTH PARTIES. The FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00)will be <br /> 2 allocated as follows: <br /> 3 a. FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00),made payable to the San Joaquin <br /> 4 County Environmental Health Department—Environmental Health Division Trust to be used by the <br /> 5 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department,at its discretion,to fund compliance training <br /> 6 for local businesses. <br /> 7 8. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN <br /> 8 HUNDRED EIGHT-SEVEN DOLLARS ($4,787.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation <br /> 9 and suit incurred by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> 10 DEPARTMENT. Said payment shall be due and pa aceto the aforementioned agency, and shall be <br /> 11 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Crimes Unit, on <br /> 12 or before WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THIS ORDER IS SIGNED AND <br /> 13 DELIVERED TO BOTH PARTIES. <br /> 14 9. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 15 ($3,000.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred by the SAN JOAQUIN <br /> 16 COUNTY OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY. Said payment shall be due and payable to <br /> 17 the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br /> 18 Attorney, Environmental Crimes Unit, on or before WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER <br /> 19 THIS ORDER IS SIGNED AND DELIVERED TO BOTH PARTIES. <br /> 20 10. Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE <br /> 21 DOLLARS ($435.00), for the uniform fee for filing the first paper in a civil action or proceeding in <br /> 22 the Superior Court. Said payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 23 SUPERIOR COURT and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 24 Environmental Crimes Unit,WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THIS ORDER IS SIGNED <br /> 25 AND DELIVERED TO BOTH PARTIES. <br /> 26 11. At any time after this permanent injunction has been in effect for five (5) years and <br /> 27 Defendant has paid any and all amounts due under this final judgment, Defendant may file a Notice <br /> 28 of Termination with the Court and serve it on all parties, noticing the injunctive provisions of this <br /> -4- <br /> PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND FINAL JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION <br />
