This year' s event is scheduled for April 6, 2019 and will operate between the hours of 9 : 00 a . m . to 2 : 00 p . m . for residents . Waste will also be accepted from Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators ( CESQGs ) the day prior to the collection event at 3 : 00 p . m . A representative from your department is welcome at any time during the event operation .
