Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> RE: Aramark Uniform & Career Apparel, LLC- Return to Compliance Information <br /> Dear Ms. Baker: <br /> This enclosed information is provided based on the prior CUPA inspection conducted at our <br /> facility located at 7679 Longe Street, Stockton on Friday, December 28th. Recent personnel <br /> changes at our facility delayed our response in providing the additional documentation requested <br /> by your office and we apologize for any inconvenience with this matter. <br /> Enclosed with this submittal comprises the following additional documentation: <br /> • Return to compliance certification <br /> • Copy of records of the amount of waste treated by the wastewater treatment system <br /> • Copy of monthly records indicating the type and quantity of materials collected and <br /> laundered at the facility <br /> • Copy of records indicating material of construction of the wash water conveyance system <br /> and associated wastewater storage tanks; along with the last inspection report conducted <br /> onsite <br /> • Copy of the spill/slug plan and training documents indicating the process for handling <br /> release emergencies associated with industrial laundry operations <br /> • Lab results from the waste product(gravel & resin) material stored in drums along fence. <br /> This material is currently being profiled with our vendor Waste Management so it can be <br /> comingled with our wastewater sludge for proper disposal. <br /> • Copy of updated contingency plan with signature <br /> • Copies all applicable requested manifests with exception of manifest#003040334GBF. <br /> This number was found not to be a valid manifest tracking number based on inquiry with <br /> applicable vendor. <br /> • Copy of disposal record for two drums <br /> • Copy of disposal record for used oil <br /> • Corrective action has been completed on labeling of drums identified during inspection <br /> We appreciate your cooperation regarding these issues and allowing us the opportunity to correct <br /> the remaining items.
