My market center does not accept for laundering, and ❑ <br /> does not sell or market reusable textiles as an item to be <br /> used to control or clean-up a reportable spill or release. <br /> 2. My market center does not accept any merchandise to ❑ <br /> which hazardous waste was added after the merchandise <br /> was used. <br /> 3 My market center adheres to the "NO FREE LIQUID" ❑ <br /> policy. (Refer to the print/solvent towel policy for <br /> clarification.) <br /> A. Records are maintained for three years indicating the date, ❑ <br /> type of product/merchandise, and quantity (pieces or <br /> weight) of products/merchandise laundered. <br /> 5. A contingency plan for handling onsite/offsite emergencies ❑ <br /> has been implemented and is on file and employees have <br /> been trained in the execution of the plan. <br /> 6. To ensure that wastewater is not leaking into the ❑ <br /> underlying soil, wastewater containers and conveyance <br /> systems, including tanks, pits, and trenches, are visually <br /> inspected at least twice per year. A written inspection log <br /> is maintained to record the date and findings of the <br /> inspections and is kept on site for three years. (See the <br /> attached inspection form for your use.) <br /> 7. Notification of Intent has been filed with the State of ❑ <br /> California, and associated fees, if applicable, have been <br /> paid. <br /> 8. My market center prepares and maintains for three years ❑ <br /> written operating instructions and a record of dates, <br /> amounts and types of waste treated. <br /> 9.
