Should any <br /> unresolved concems be identified during this 30 day review period, a mutually agreed upon compliance <br /> date will be established between the Regional Board staff, PHS-EHD, and the responsible party. <br /> Unresolved concems shall be detailed in written correspondence addressed to PHS-EHD by the <br /> Regional Board Executive Officer or his designated qualified Regional Board staff. The Regional <br /> Board shall forward a copy of all such correspondence to the State Water Board Contract Manager. <br /> You should have received all investigative documents relative to the remedial actions at this site. The <br /> most recent reports prepared by EMCON which summarize information regarding the site are the "Soil <br /> and Groundwater Characterization" dated December 21, 1994, the "Revised Remedial Action Plan" <br /> dated August 28. 1995, and the "Response to San Joaquin County Comments: letter dated January 3, <br /> 1996" dated February 13, 1996. A draft Case Closure Summary and a site chronology are enclosed <br /> for your information. <br /> Please provide your response no later than May 15, 1996. PHS/EHD has verbally requested that <br /> Nestle submit a work plan and permit application to destroy the existing monitoring well.
