FREMONT ST(HWY 26 E.), STOCKTON, SAN JOAOUIN COUNTY, <br /> ' (REGIONAL BOARD CASE#390791) <br /> Staff at the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board) are <br /> considering closure of Regional Board Case No. 390791 for the unauthorized release of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons (gasoline) at 5709 Fremont St., Stockton, California. The public <br /> participation period ended 16 March 2009 with no comments received on the proposed <br /> ' case closure. Therefore, we request that you have all three monitoring wells <br /> (MW-1 through MW-3) decommissioned in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). Once we can verify <br /> that the wells have been properly decommissioned, staff will proceed with our No Further <br /> Action Required site closure process. <br /> ' Please provide the SJCEHD and myself at least three working days notice prior to <br /> initiating fieldwork.
