By 29 October 2010, PG&E needs to excavate the contaminated soil, collect <br /> confirmation soil samples from the floor and sidewalls of the excavation, and submit a report of <br /> findings. The report of findings needs to include a summary of the excavation activities, <br /> amount of soil excavated, table summarizing current and historical analytical data, and a figure <br /> showingthe excavation area.
