NNW, .
Sent: Wednesday, April 19, 2006 12:37 PM
To: Sanchez, Laura E.
Subject: RE: Tracy Byron Road Project
well, Ms. Sanchez...as per expected, you did good..Gave me just
what I needed..
you follow directions well..I'll have to talk to your supervisor...who
is that? (seriously)
As for billing on this site, "TBR-Byron Rd-Corral Hollow", Chevron is
the billing party (Mr. Scot Mansholt) and the account is in good
shape. NO MFR is needed. No check is needed either for me to
start/resume work.
As for the maps, there's a slight concern. Back in July 2004..yes
2004, I reviewed and noted some concerns on SAIC's July 13, 2004
work plan, "Work Plan and Time Schedule for Additional Soil and
Groundwater Investigation'; signed by Lee Ignatowicz and Todd Del
Frate. The maps in this work plan were dated 7/13/04. Your maps
are dated 9/22/04. Obviously, some changes have been made, but
without the 'addendum', I can't say fersure. July and
September's still show some of the borings on PRIVATE land (map
shows "SB-37 thru SB-45"). Signed access agreements will be
needed for those parcels. Only the landowner or legal
representative (lawyer, executor, etc) may sign these types of
access docs. I can't issue permits to parcels without the
landowners' approval.
As you know, borings in the City or County right of way require
encroachment permits.
In addition to access agreements and encroachment permits, I'll
also need any new updates/addendums to the work plan if later
than the one I described above. The CVRWQCB work plan approval
letter must be at my office too before I can issue any permits.
Needless to say, there's the $89 per permit application-per parcel
fee. (my initial count looks like seven parcels plus City or County
ROW..you get to find out which municipality has jurisdiction.)
All of these MUST be on my desk before I can issue.
To save check writing, it'll be ok to write ONE large check for ALL of
the permits IF, and ONLY IF, I have ALL of the things I need to
issue each. ONE big check but one missing access agreement or no
encroachment permit, and I can't issue ANY of them..see? Or just
submit each application with its own $89 check.
again, good job...
5/16/2006
