The site, "Dutra Dairy" , RO# 1837 has a work plan
on my desk for the second subsurface investigation. The first, soil samples has determined petro at the
UST area and some low level soil hits at the former AST area. This second investigation is proposing
monitoring wells and I'm not sure to approve it without Duncan's input.
The consultant is pushing to drill this Friday and has a 'go-no-go' day set for Weds, April 25.
Should I issue or press for gw grabs to delineate before wells go in?
4/23/2007
