In order to conserve paper <br /> and postage, paper copies are only being provided to the Discharger and USEPA. Electronic <br /> copies of the Orders are available on the Regional Board's internet site at <br /> http://www.swrcb.ca.gov/rwgcb5/. Those without internet access can request a paper copy by <br /> contacting Regional Board staff. <br /> Effective January 2004, any NPDES effluent monitoring report received more than 30 days after <br /> its due date is subject to a $3000 Mandatory Minimum Penalty [Water Code Section 13385]. An <br /> additional $3000 Penalty is required for each additional 30 days a report is late.
