The wells are <br /> being abandoned in response to a California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region letter entitled "Stockton Soils Treatment Facility - No Further <br /> Action Notification" dated December 20, 1994 (attached). <br /> All drilling will be performed by Spectrum Exploration Inc. of Stockton, California. <br /> Kleinfelder would like to tentatively schedule the abandonment of the four wells during <br /> the week of January 30 or February 6, 1995.
