If not , I would recommend contacting the Homeowners Assn . by the address in the <br /> APN record provided and see if you get a response . <br /> Also , in looking at the Clearwater maps again I noticed that on the 5 / 08 map there is a <br /> utility line labeled [ T ] - telephone running just on the west side of the proposed boring <br /> locations ; on the 9 / 07 map it is labeled [ E ] - electrical .
