In addition to yourself, present at the meeting were James Jacobs, Olivia <br /> Jacobs and Aaron Wilder of Clearwater Group, and Nuel Henderson, Adrienne Ellsaesser and Lori <br /> Duncan of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health.Department (EHD). <br /> This site has been undergoing active remediation of the petroleum hydrocarbon impacted <br /> groundwater since third quarter 2004, and while decreasing concentration trends are apparent in <br /> most of the groundwater monitoring wells, it appears there may be a continuing source of <br /> contamination leaching into the groundwater from the soil . In the updated CAP, Clearwater <br /> proposes to conduct bench-scale testing- of potential in-situ chemical oxidation substances, with the <br /> goal of finding the most appropriate chemical oxidant to remediate the residual soil contamination . <br /> In order to conduct bench scale tests, representative soil and possibly groundwater, will need to be <br /> collected from the site.
