<br /> The Report of Waste Discharge must characterize the groundwater (G), source water (S), treatment
<br /> system influent (1), and effluent discharge (E) for, at minimum, the constituents indicated in the list
<br /> below. The characterization must be based on a statistically significant number of representative
<br /> samples as determined by an appropriately registered and/or licensed professional. All media must
<br /> also be characterized for all additional waste constituents that may be in the discharge based on the
<br /> facility processes employed but not listed below.
